About Kindred Oak

Why this exists.

A movement built by two men who believe young men deserve the foundation nobody handed them.

Mission

"Kindred Oak exists to give young men what they were never given. A foundation built on Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finances that shapes them into the strong, purpose-driven men God created them to be. Through raw truth, authentic brotherhood, and the Word of God, we build men who are rooted, purposeful, and ready to impact the world around them."

Vision

"A world where every young man has access to what the system never gave him. Where Kindred Oak stands as the alternative education, the brotherhood, and the blueprint that turns lost, directionless men into strong, faith-driven leaders who give back to the world around them."

In Bryan's words

"Kindred Oak exists because I know what it feels like to be lost. To be in financial hardship. To have bad relationships. To have major health issues physically and mentally. I know what it's like to want to end it all, and to pray on my hands and knees for answers. God showed up. Little by little. If I can keep others out of that darkness, this is my Kingdom work."

Bryan Talley

Vision & Content

Bryan has lived every lesson Kindred Oak teaches. He has walked through financial hardship, broken relationships, and serious physical and mental health battles, and he came out the other side because God showed up. He leads the voice, the teaching, and the heart of the movement, sharing what he learned through failure so the men behind him have a better map.

Cameron Carlson

Infrastructure & Operations

Cameron is a California real estate professional and asset manager, a husband, and a father. He builds the systems, tools, and operations that carry the mission, including the free financial tools on this site. His conviction is simple: the financial wisdom he uses every day professionally should be free to every young man who was never taught it.

What we believe

The truths we speak

Put the Lord first in everything you do.
Money is a tool. Don't make it your idol.
You find your purpose through Christ.
Take risks. Solve problems at scale.
Value your family. You are a leader.
Saving souls is the most important work.

Everything we publish passes one test: would this speak truth into the life of a young man who has nobody showing him the way? If yes, we publish it. If no, we rewrite it.
